Lock screen control
Dynamic Island and Live Activity support lets you pause, resume, skip, or reset without opening the app.

Privacy
VertexTimer (the "App") is a breathing guide app for sleep, provided by KWD ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the App and its official website (https://kohakuwebdesign.net).
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect or store personal data from the App. There is no account system, server-side data collection, third-party analytics SDKs, ad SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs.
2. On-Device Processing
Breathing session guidance, haptics, and screen dimming run on device. We do not transmit session data to our servers.
3. Purchases & Payments
Auto-renewable subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store/StoreKit). We do not have access to your payment card details. Entitlement is determined using on-device receipt validation (StoreKit 2).
4. Website
We do not currently use cookies or third-party analytics on our site. Standard server logs (e.g., IP address, user agent) may be retained by our hosting provider for a limited time for security and operations.
5. Contacting Us
If you email us for support, we use the information you provide (e.g., your email address and message) only to respond, and delete it when no longer needed.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Health Data / HealthKit (Future)
The current version does not use HealthKit. If we add heart-rate or session logging features, we will request explicit consent, limit use to on-device/Health app purposes, never use health data for ads or marketing, and update this policy accordingly.
8. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information.
10. Your Rights
Because we do not hold personal data from the App, there is generally nothing to access or delete.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will post updates on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Material changes may be announced in-app or on the website.

Welcome to VertexTimer. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Relationship with Apple's EULA
VertexTimer distributed via the App Store is governed in addition to these Terms by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

If there is any conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls where applicable to App Store distribution.
2. Subscription
Title: VertexTimer Plus
Length: Monthly (1 month) / Yearly (1 year) — auto‑renewing
Price: Displayed in‑app and varies by region.
Payment & Renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
