2. Service Description

The App identifies wines from label photos using AI and lets you keep a personal wine journal. Identification results are estimates based on model behavior and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Please verify important details yourself.

3. Ticket Consumption

The App uses consumable tickets. One ticket is consumed per successful AI identification request. If identification fails on our side, the ticket is automatically refunded. Recording, browsing, searching, and exporting your journal are free and do not consume tickets.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App for unlawful conduct, rights infringement, abuse of the service, or interference with operations.

5. Responsible Drinking

The App is intended for users of legal drinking age in their region. It does not sell alcoholic beverages and does not encourage excessive drinking.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes

We may revise these terms when necessary. The date shown on this page will be updated when changes are made.
