1. Service

Pet Health Tracker: Dog & Cat is a journaling tool for pet health and walks. It is not a medical device and does not provide veterinary advice. Always consult a veterinarian for health concerns about your pet.

2. Purchases

The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. It can be restored on new devices with the same Apple Account via "Restore Purchases".

3. Data

Your records are stored on your device and your personal iCloud. You are responsible for keeping iCloud enabled if you want automatic backup and transfer to a new device. Records can be exported to CSV at any time, free of charge.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". GPS measurements are estimates and may be affected by device and environmental conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
