Pet Health Tracker: Dog & Cat (the "App") is a pet health and walk journaling app provided by KWD ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the App and its official website (https://kohakuwebdesign.net).

1. Your Records Stay on Your Device and Your iCloud

Pet profiles, health records, photos, and walk data are stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal iCloud account. We do not operate user accounts and cannot access your records. Nothing you record in the App is sent to our servers.

2. Location Data

When you record a walk, the App uses your device's GPS to draw the route and measure the distance. Location data is processed entirely on your device and stored only in your records. It is never sent to our servers.

3. Diagnostics

The App sends anonymous usage events (such as feature usage and errors, with device model and OS version) to our server to help us fix bugs and improve the App. These events contain no personal information and no record contents.

4. Purchases

The one-time Pro purchase is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.

5. No Ads, No Tracking

The App contains no advertising and no third-party tracking SDKs.
