KPop Photocard Binder & Scan (the "App") is a photocard collection organizer provided by KWD ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the App and its official website (https://kohakuwebdesign.net).

1. Your Collection Stays on Your Device and Your iCloud

Card photos, tags, binders, sets, and wishlist data are stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal iCloud account. We do not operate user accounts and cannot access your collection. Nothing you record in the App is sent to our servers.

2. Camera and Photo Library

The App uses your camera and photo library only to capture and import photos of your cards. Card detection and cropping run entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No face recognition and no person identification are performed, and your photos are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Diagnostics

The App sends anonymous usage events (such as feature usage and errors, with device model and OS version) to our server to help us fix bugs and improve the App. These events contain no personal information, no photos, and no collection contents.

4. Purchases

The one-time Pro purchase is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.

5. No Ads, No Tracking

The App contains no advertising and no third-party tracking SDKs.
