Briq (the "App") is a LEGO® set collection tracker provided by KWD ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the App and its official website (https://kohakuwebdesign.net).

1. Your Collection Stays on Your Device and Your iCloud

Your sets, photos, notes and wishlist are stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal iCloud account. We do not operate user accounts and cannot access your collection. Nothing you record in the App is sent to our servers.

2. Camera and Photo Library

The App uses your camera only to read set numbers printed on boxes (on-device text recognition) and to photograph your own sets. The photo library is used only to attach photos you choose. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Catalog Data

The set catalog (set numbers, names, themes, years, part counts) is sourced from Rebrickable (rebrickable.com) and downloaded to your device. Set images are loaded from Rebrickable's servers when displayed. Your collection contents are not shared with Rebrickable.

4. Diagnostics

The App sends anonymous usage events (such as feature usage and errors, with device model and OS version) to our server to help us fix bugs and improve the App. These events contain no personal information, no photos, and no collection contents.

5. Purchases

The one-time Pro purchase is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.

6. No Ads, No Tracking

The App contains no advertising and no third-party tracking SDKs.
