AI Tattoo Design Lab (the "App") is an image generation app provided by KWD ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the App and its official website (https://kohakuwebdesign.net).

1. Information Sent for Generation

To generate tattoo designs, the App sends user-entered prompts, selected generation settings, and optional reference images to our server. These inputs are used only to process the requested image.

2. Generated Images and On-Device Storage

Generated results and gallery data are primarily stored on the device for convenience. Saving to the camera roll happens only when the user requests it.

3. Feedback

If the user sends feedback from within the App, that content is transmitted to our feedback endpoint and used for support and product improvement.

4. Purchases and Payments

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We do not receive or store your payment card details.

5. Third Parties

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties except where required by law.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through the service.

7. Policy Changes

We may revise this policy when necessary. The date shown on this page will be updated when changes are made.
