KWDAIPhotoBooth (the "App") is a hairstyle simulation app provided by KWD ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the App and its official website (https://kohakuwebdesign.net).

1. Information Sent for Generation

To generate hairstyle results, the App sends the selected source photo, optional reference hairstyle image, text prompt, and related generation settings to our server and to an AI service provided by Google. This data is used only to process the requested hairstyle image generation.

2. Consent Before Transfer

Before the first AI generation request, the App presents an in-app consent notice explaining what data is sent and that it is transferred to an AI service provided by Google. Users must agree before generation proceeds.

3. Server Storage

Submitted photos and text prompts are not stored on our server after processing. Generated results, history, and gallery data are primarily stored on the user's device for convenience. Saving to the camera roll happens only when the user requests it.

4. Feedback

If the user sends feedback from within the App or from the support page, that content is transmitted to our feedback endpoint and used for support and product improvement.

5. Purchases and Payments

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We do not receive or store your payment card details.

6. Third Parties

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. For AI image generation only, the selected photo, optional reference image, and prompt are shared with an AI service provided by Google.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through the service.

8. Policy Changes

We may revise this policy when necessary. The date shown on this page will be updated when changes are made.
